We have procedures in place regarding our retention periods which we keep under review taking into account our reasons for processing of your personal data and the legal basis for doing so. Usually, the contract-related personal data are retained for the duration of contract and 5 years following the contract termination, mainly for the legal or accounting/tax related requirements and 4 years for the purpose of establishment, exercise or defense of legal claims.
